Initial consultation

I offer a free initial 15-minute telephone consultation to discuss any uncertainties or questions that you may have and what you hope to gain from therapy. After the consultation you can get back in touch with me if you wish to access my counselling service.

Counselling sessions

Each counselling session thereafter is 60 minutes and costs £45 per session. Discounted rates apply for counselling students
